COLLECTION

Tribal jewelry emerges from its surroundings, crafted from materials sourced from the immediate environment. It expresses strong connections to the place and evokes admiration, respect, and sometimes disbelief.

The collection was inspired by highly urbanized city centers and their inhabitants navigating the urban jungle. Geometrically shaped concrete bracelets attract attention and anchor the wearer to their place of origin.

MATERIAL

TRIBAL jewelry elements are made of noble concrete.

Artificial stone, in its noble form, has properties similar to those of the natural stone it emulates. Its temperature matches that of the environment, so when worn close to the body, it will reach 36.6°C —this creates a pleasant sensation for our skin.

It may chip or crack under impact—in such cases, I always offer help and repair in the spirit of wabi-sabi. Marble concrete does not fare well with staining liquids such as coffee or red wine. It’s best to avoid these if you want to maintain the original color of the jewelry.  Unless you prefer to see such stains as enriching rather than flaws.

STYLING TRIBAL

Depending on the number, color selection and patterns of the bracelets placed on the hand, we can achieve extreme effects. Present brutalist exaggeration in the style of Iris Apfel, but in a monochromatic version. When choosing one, maintain minimalist architectural restraint straight from Tadao Ando’s designs. Combine with bracelets from other collections to create an eccentric yet tailored eclectic display on your forearm.
